Has anyone installed this straight from 4.21 Rogero CEX?

I am on 3.55 DEX from what it's saying I don't think we can install this on top of DEX but I am not sure yet.

I am thinking it's a no as well, but it may be, it has the DEX Kernel as well, if you read the end of what it says though " any firmware with spkg sig check patched" so maybe it does include dex.

Cyberskunk has said you cannot install this on top of DEX you must convert to CEX, still waiting on an anwser on if you can keep the bd-emu function for those with broken blu-ray drives.

I installed this over my beta Rebug 4.21 cfw from xmb and works great,didin't need to downgrade or anything. (i'm not sure abouth rogero 4.21 but from read me you all should be fine to upgrade safely)

Guys do some homework, I love Hax but its not the only site out there. About the installing over DEX question I found over at another scene site this quote
