It is basically hybrid FW with both CEX and DEX. Previously it was fake(pseudo) debug on 3.55.2. Now on both 3.55.3 and 4.21 REX, I think they are true DEX since now Rebug Toolbox allows you to switch CEX <-> DEX using your flash dumps.

At this point it usually has to do with either the QA flag or you really have corrupt data. I can only suggest you QA flag again and make sure you update through recovery. If that doesn't work try downloading the PUP again. Make sure you check it.

No need to worry about bricks, Rebug have NEVER released anything that could brick. They idiot proof everything!

Why do you think it took so long? If youre going to do something then do it properly the first time.
Look how many bug fix revisions there are to Rebug (Going back to 3.41)
That says they do it right the first time.

and by the way FIFA13 with 1.02 update won't work with this CFW you must delete it and it'll work..I don't know why.
