right so i have been looking at lots of posts/tutorials but cant seem to get this to work heres what i have done so far ...

4.25to3.55 put it on usb stick [PS3-UPDATE-PS3UPDAT.PUP]
i then go to the xmb and go to system update .. then it comes up

[ NO APPLICABLE UPDATE DATA WAS FOUND ]
even tryed it in recovery and condor updater nothing works

i tryed that REBUG-DGR still the same lol ?

help haha !! i want REBUGS CFW haha

If you want to downgrade from rebug 4.21 to 3.55 you need the rebug 9999 downgrader pup first.

am on rogero just now m8 .. tryed the downgrade pups but none seem to work ?

just keeps cummin up a error no applicable data found lol

Sorry if this sounds like stating the obvious but are you placing the firmware file in: /PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.pup ?

No offence intended but I personally misplaced an update and got that error!

Try reformatting your USB to FAT32 one more time. Once I had that problem. I was already on FAT32 and I was getting the same error message. I formatted again and suddenly it worked.

Haha! You edited the filename AND added an extension! I HATE it when I do that! :D glad you got it sorted!
