I manage to get it to work. It seems that the 2 hdd that I've been using are

the problem so I put in a 3rd hdd & installed 3.55 kmeaw. But it really didn't

solve the problem of freezing. It freezes immediately at start up. Tried

everything in recovery but still freezing. The weird thing is sometimes I'm

given 5-10 seconds to move the icons & this is my chance to go to multiman.

Once Im there, freezing stops at multiman & can move everything in there. I

even copied 2 games already from external to internal using multiman. But

when I start a game & kicks back to XMB, thats when the freezing starts to

happen again. Do you think there's a problem w/ my PS3?

Looks like its a hdd problem try to reinstall but this time pute 3.55ofw if still freaz then it's the hdd. Youre ps3 model?

Oh boy. This is like the 3rd hdd that I used. The 2 dont work, the 3rd works

but still freezes a lot. CECH2512B.

No success. Still freezing on 3.55OFW. Might be a hardware problem or something. But this PS3 has never been dropped. What I dont understand is when I'm in multiman, everything seems fine & no freezing.

Is there something that I can do maybe since I can access multiman, I can go to dev flash or something to make the freezing go away? Remove something? Im really lost.
