Rogero 4.21 V 1.09 Downgraded using Rogero Downgrade PUP's and Method. Updated to Rebug 4.21. Games that didn't work are working great! Watching Netflix with my kids now! Win Win Win!

Does this have any features form Cobra firmware, like PS2 emulation, reading of ISos (ps1 /ps2) and Region free disk (PS1/PS2), or playing psp games in ps3?

I´m wainting for a firmware that make that, but it seem´s that no one is asking for it or thinking how to make it...

I Have a lot of Import PS2 games that i can´t read in my ps3 60GB, because of region lock

so, I if understand correctly from the features and 200+ comments, if I move between Rebug CFWs (3.55->4.21->3.55 for example) I don't need to dehash?

On Rebug 3.55.2 right now, so updating to 3.55.3 won't be a problem, but I just want to know if I got it right

I went from 3.55.2 -> 3.55.3. I was already QA flagged, and I upgraded from the recovery menu.
After checking the QA enabled option with the toolbox, i went back to recovery, and to 4.21 REX. Everything is fine for me.

(Im assuming i'm already properly dehashed, the PS3 was never downgraded at any point.)

Yes it should work as per ITSKAMEL tutorial, read and read again if not sure!! I just updated Rebug 3.55.2 to 4.21.1 rex directly as per tutorial on my slim without any problems!! WORKED like charm!!
