With this method we can install CFW (FOR NOW ONLY CFW 4.30 E3) without do a downgrade process from any OFW superior or inferior to 3.55 but not superior to 4.30. ( PS3 WITH 4.31 OFW FOR NOW IT’S NOT POSSIBLE, YOU POSSIBLE BRICK IF YOU TRY).

It's pretty straight forward and to the point.
You don't need to downgrade, you only need a flasher with the PS3 models mentioned by @haz367 the ones who don't got METLDR2.

That is a good news but i think that if we used the CORE_OS_Pakage from Jacrib JFW 3.56 CFW to flash this consoles then we will get a working JFW 3.56 on this models (i had did it a lot of times before).
Then just use the recovery menu to flash newer CFW like E3 or Rogero or even newer Rebug REX will work then.

this still means that the ps3 4k still cant be jailbroken since it has a minimum fw of 4.10 (according to the dev wiki) oh well this still great news and its one huge step closer anyway
