Almost everything leaks on XBOX prior to it's release. There were a lot of bans handed out for Halo 4 being played online prior to release.

its working for me Now YAY...you have to uninstalling dashlaunch,allows it to be booted and played
turn dashlaunch off. I'm playing zombies right now.

try an older dashlaunch. I am not going to uninstall dashlaunch to play this LOL. Latest dashlaunch also gave me some issues so I rolled back a version
