hmm doesnt look like the DL link is working anymore. Could someone reupload? - nvm seems my browser just has some trouble pulling up that host for any files.. not sure what the deal is.

First dev that creates a drag-and-drop GUI where you dump all you PSN 3.55 PKG files which extracts and resigns the eboots wins a custom made thank you pic I will make on icanhazcheezburger.

For those who want to know, to resign self and ppu.self files you just need to rename them to EBOOT.BIN, use option 5/6 to fix them and then rename them back to their original name.
