I manged to get it to work firstly you need to have the eeid from 3.55 firmware before you can upgrade to 4.21rebug and use c2d.exe to convert the eid and nor to a dex nor. Anyone need help ask please

I upgraded to 4.21 rebug without doing any type of backup, Is this eeid unique to each console or can i just download one from the net to do the flash?

Unique for each console u can downgrade with rebug 3.55 downgrader 999 then use the eeid dumper comes as pkg file so no Linux needed it will dump the eid into a Tmp folder on ur ps3 hard drive and then copy it into a USB hard drive then install rebug 3.55 3 rebug form xmb and after that install rebug toolbox and then dump the nor flash to USB. You will then have ur eid and nor flash you can upgrade back to rebug 4.21 cfw. Once u have the files you use c2d.exe as administrator from command prompt on ur pc And change the target I'd to dex

MM is for making the NOR backup > 20121101-185658-FLASH-NOR-FW4.21.NORBIN
or use the new REBUG Toolbox on 4.2REX > 20121101-185658-FLASH-NOR-FW4.21.NORBIN

u'll need FULL NOR flash for the Rebug Toolbox cex/dex switch, it ofcourse only flashes/overwrite EID0 section

then IF u are QA flagged already, downgrade to 3.55.3 directly, if not QA flagged first downgrade using the DGR_999.pup> 3.55.3
on Rebug 3.55.3 install eEIDRKDumper.pkg, remove ALL usb's and run the dumper, grab the key from "hdd0\tmp\

put both files intyo cd2 folder and create DEX flash, then ur ready to switch via Toolbox

Eid dumper is to get the eid keys from
You NAND or NOR off the ps3 then u use the eid to decrypt the not and patch it's Id to dex
The multiman is for flashing the nand nor back but I would use rebug toolbox instead

Please can you help me, When i run c2d.exe nothing happens! No repsonse from the keyboard. I installed the openssl, ran as administrator. it shows up in command prompt for only like 5 second and disappears. I have my norbin file and my eido bin file ready to go. Is there another way to do this? Thanks for your time!

ok, now I have in folder c:c2d eid_root_key (got it from 3.55) and 20121105-161106-FLASH-NAND-FW3.55.NANDBIN
so..what is the command line to get this work in c2d.exe.
Anyone please?
