Ok guys i don t no its safe to go mm when we´re offline rogero 4.30, i don´t no if sony can see us doing **** on mm, i think the best way is going on ****psn, its spoofs ur fw and ps3 id.

Do I run it like this and then never again?:

Wipe History- Deletes history files
Replace History- Replaces History with fake history files found in – dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30017/USRDIR/files
Make History Files read Only- Makes you history files read only, games and homebrew ran will no longer be added to files.

And that's it?

i really dont care if my CFW ps3 gets banned from SEN. Its not the main thing i use it for, the online is just a bonus.

The ps3 still sends the logs to sony as long as have a usable connection even if you don't log in to psn.
To be a little safer you must first disable the connection(unplug the ethernet cable before turning on the console), use multiman to mount the backup and only then re-enable the connection and log in.
