trying to load a (resigned) or default kmeaw kernel didn't work on rebug 4.21.1, for testing to get it from 421 didn't work though, guess it can only load 3.6,7,4,xx kernels
u must go back to 355 to grab it

quote from Cyberskunk

Code:
Downgrade procedure if your ARE QA'd:
4.21.1 REX > 3.55.3 REX (straight from XMB)

Downgrade procedure if you are NOT QA'd:
4.21.1 REX > '999' DOWNGRADER > 3.55.3 REX (straight from XMB)

dump key

I have done this today aswell:

First time I downgraded using '999 DOWNGRADER' because I didn't know if the fact that QA Flag can not be set in 4.21 made it risky. When I wanted to upgrade back to 4.21 REX the system wouldn't let me (after copying upgrade to harddisk and rebooting into upgrade menu it gave an errorcode during verifying, also there was no licence agreement in XMB). Therefore I had to flash 3.55.3 REX over '999 Downgrader' (after verifying if QA flag was enabled in Rebug Toolbox>Utilities>Toggle QA Flag: Enable) before I could upgrade back to 4.21 REX (again after verifying that QA Flag was enabled).

Later I had to go back to 3.55 and I downgraded straight to 3.55.3 REX since this is wat Cyberskunk advised when you are certain if you are QA'd and reflashed 4.21 REX again with no problems at all.

Hope this helps.

EDIT:
PS: My best guess is that QA flag is probably set by default in Rebug 3.55.3 and in 999 Downgrader (or is still present since you had to make sure it was set before upgrading to 4.21 REX), but I think it can't hurt to check it to be certain before upgrading back into 4.21 REX.
