i think of online passes as a means of double dipping it's a used game purchased by someone else so you think you deserve double the profits?

you want money on a already purchased copy because it got traded in?

it just feels so greedy added with dlc and season passes -.- I'm all for supporting dev's but im not going to be a fool for anybody

Retailers profit more than once so why shouldn't the creators of the game? If there were no used games market I would agree with you.

Yeah I get what your saying they get money off the used game but the consumer gets a little back as well if the gaming industry wanted to put an end to used game sales why not make online copies of games cheaper instead downloadable games have the same price as their in-store counter-parts

then with dlc and season passes they recoup some of those used game funds not to mention them slowly going into the realm of in game transaction

how long can they blame used game sales while they increase the methods by which they can make profits

also the games are already purchased twice if you think about it the store pays to stock the game then the consumer pays to purchase the game.

p.s. lol wo313 im not trying to have a debate with bobby i've seen the essays he can type when he gets motivated just pointing out that dev's and publishers aren't as poor and innocent as they like to make it seem -.-

if we were talkin about xbox live i will agree about cracking online pass, but on PSN? c'mon guys most of you (me included, buti preordered AC3 :D ) dont even pay for a game, $10 is not a big deal...

PS: why are people complaining about cfw beeing online and wanting sony ban every cfw user out there? cheaters should be banned, i agree, but every cfw user? its like if a dog bites you and then you want to kill every ****ing dog in the world... i like cfw, i like to be online... but just for sync my trophies (i know, i'm a trophy whore) and get some dlc, not for cheating
