Hi ROGERO CFW 4.30 v1.00 is great, but is ther any NOOB friendly TUTORIALS on how to set up the ONLINE part SAFELY.

BTW how do I upgrade to the newest ROGERO CFW 4.30 v3.00

you dont need to set up anything to play online. once you are on 4.30 you have access (until sony changes the passphrase again)

as for v1.03 (not v3.0) you have to downgrade back to 3.55 first.

I've turned automatic updates off just incase. but just do the game updates and your good to play online. as 4.30 is the latest as of now. the same precautions should be taken as you were on 3.55 though.

as for what data sony can grab, and how blocking IP's work I have no idea.

You're right man, too expensive to play around with a PS3 in here... And a hardware flasher, it's like a stab in the back!

Let's just wait, we're getting a lot of releases, update/change to every CFW that comes without a flasher it's like play with fire, it can be funny, but you can burn yourself.

I wanna upgrade to Rogero for only reason, the new games don't come with language option

The new games verify the PS3 system language and choice the language of game automatically and 3.55 firmware don't have PT-BR, only PT-PT

so, everytime that appears a new update we have to go back to OFW 3.55 (im on 4.30 V.102)

You can play all new games, you have access to PSN and you can even resign duplex PSN games for 4.xx somehow, and yet people like to stuck with KAMEW or any other 3.55 CFW... Why?

um yeah, that's the butthurting part. though, you just have to downgrade to Rogero 3.55 v3.7 and then install the new update, don't have to be on OFW.
