I'm sure any dev that's worked at EA, Square, Activision, Bethesda, Konami, etc, etc, etc, in the past decade probably meet the requirements.

And although it sucks to be a Sony customer some (okay a LOT) of the time, that really doesn't reflect what it's like to work at Sony. Unless you know someone who works there, how can you just assume it would suck? It's probably a pretty sweet gig, IMO.
Seriously?
I know what I'm talking about, and those criteria are outopic, there will be always a person that will miss atleast one of the criteria because of his focused life business.

And I work/worked for Sony and yes it sucks, trust me, these people and Apple are the worst companies you can work with, period. There have been way too many reports the past 4-5 years that I can really relate to the feelings they have against them. These unpleased people are serious businessmen, passionate with their works and have alot of knowledge and they are not silly employees that went online ranting like 5 year olds because they were butthurt of a company dumping them or something...

Still doesn't meet the criteria.

But what about the triggers :'(

Let's not be ignorant, how the hell we can make a statement like "nobody on planet earth meet those requirements" ?, did you evaluate every professional person on the planet to make such a statement?.

No offense intended, just trying to be realistic, just because something seems too difficult for a couple of persons, it doesn't mean its impossible.

What some of you are doing is called underestimation and a basic assumption with no facts, it can't even be called a theory or hypothesis.

SeeYa!

My point was they set the bar a bit high. Take anyone from our project who have been working on this exact same thing for years. None of them have all the listed requirements, yet all of them have gotten PCSX2 to a level above anything that Sony's done. By putting in place the requirement to have previous experience working on a PS2 title, they rule out anyone who might really be capable of pulling off what they're asking for. They forget the enthusiasts who do this as a passion, rather than just a job. The ones that make it their hobby because they enjoy it and are really good at it. Ahh well, best of luck to them, but at the moment, we do it better than they do.
