yes you can (you realy need it if you want use another CEX FW)but use you CEX dump

The NAND or NOR dump would work from any fw but eid root key will have to come from fw 3.55 must package that get the eid ain't signed for 4.21 or greater fw I use eid k dumpers which is easy any one need any dumps converted to dex email me

You need eid root key of your ps3 and a dump of ur NAND or NOR
