Progskeet 1.2 (DUMPING) worked, here's how:

I used progskeet 1.2 to extract the dump file from my fat cechl ps3 nor , and I had a very good dump , so these are the things that I understood and want to clarify :

- you don't have to change anything in the switches(R7, R8)(in my case) (soldering)

- I used 4 gnd points ...
- used the last bitstream
- and used this diagrams in picture(motherboard ver-001)
- I didn't use 3.3V to power up progskeet , i used USB ..
- some times you have to change the switch on the slave board(turn on/off) to extract a good dump( without green led ) but it still gives same result becaus both CE# secondary and primary are connected to the board ..

Don't connect 3.3 to wp if wp is already tied to mobo
Use the pinout a provided by uf6667 .. On progskeet.com

WRITING DUMPS DOES NOT WORK YET.. And that's

Great work. I do have a couple of questions tho. Have you got a switch installed? if so where did you solder it to?

Also, on the diagram is says wp and byte are on vcc. Which is the vcc on the diagram? and does it mean that there will be 2 wires connected at that same point (on vcc)?

As you can see I am very confused!

As I said , no need for switches for us soldering nor ps3's , the left 3.3V can be used as wp# and byte# because they are connected , so I soldered wp# in progskeet to 3.3V (left) on board . But byte# you don't need it .. So don't worry about it

Would you care to share a picture of your final product? I'll answer my own question for you. No, GopherTee, I dont have a camera...or something to that affect.
