Hi all. A question if i may cause i'm new to all this..
A fixed update (like F1 2012 1.02 - BLES01664 fixed update) is the actuall update prepatched so it works straight away??? while an "update fix" (or update patch) i need to update first the game and then apply the patch??? And when i say update the game do i find the update someplace to download and install or do i let the game automatically update itself when it asks once I run it.
I'm really sorry if the question is completely stupid but with replacing eboot.bin i'm ok, but it comes to patches and updates i get confused...

3.55 Fixes not tested but I fixed everything myself (EBOOT, PARAM and the 2 SELFs)

Just type in the ID of your game (for example BLUS12345)

TBH If a patch says 1.02 pkg fix, I would update to 1.02 via the links above, then install the fix over it.

No harm can be done, and it guarantees you are on correct version, and fixed. It might be the longer way round, but its 100% sure method.

Should.

The LBPK fixes I made (6 different sized eboots from 4 different methods) none of them would work. Duplex then released theirs (a different size mb and also had a trophy file included...)

Have you patched all sys_proc_param throughout?

As far as i know the fixed update isn't working, so the only chance you have to play it in 3.55/3.40 is replacing the EBOOT.bin and the *.sdat file.

A few post before i posted an eur eboot and sdat to fix the game
