I tried fixing it when I was on 3.55 but failed. got irritated and just updated to rebug 4.21 lol

It is really not bad updating then downgrading back .If you have QA flag enabled it is super easy to update from XMB to Rebug REX 421 & downgrade with REX 355.3 through XMB while QA enabled & then run Toggle QA after to dehash. It is really not bad for real, so easy it is ridiculous. About fixing that game, if it is anything like the 420 patches it will have a ton of checks,but being it is from game it maybe not like that but not sure. All have to is look for the first HEX pattern if there is another under it the it has many checks. I am kind of busy ATM ,that is why i have not been around much .

I been getting my PS3s updated & get all my DLC from PSN ,i am quite happy to get my paid content ATM ,sony screwing us blocking us made me want to download everything i own. 385 downloads takes a long time ..

I talk to him frequently threw PM's and the man is a patching whore ^_^ so to speak. He has a ton of projects and is highly busy trying to update his collection for the new software.

he keeps busy trying to get you guys them patches, if it wasnt for him i probably woulda given up on trying to figure out this patching stuff LOL

kinda inspired me if you will to just keep reading and digging farther and studying. Eventually I got it down pat ^_^

hey @snkysnake02 what programs/s do u use to fix eboots. i already tried darkebootfixer3.0 with no luck. i believe this demo has extra checks in it as it will ask you to put in the zoe hdc disc.

@ZOMBIEKILLAH im holding out on updating to a higher CFW until i actually have a absolute need to, as in when a 3.55 fix for a game like mgs ground zeros wont ever work. i have a actual launch 60 gb that i kept in the box for 4 years until the psgroove days, so i have no problems waiting it out for minimal risk. i dont want to do any extra fw jumping up and down and risk my $600 investment.

@SniperSnake If you follow the instructions there is no risk at all installing a higher CFW and downgrading.(Unless the CFW came out a day ago and might have problems like bricking,but then you just wait until it is fixed and install it.It's not hard at all.

yeah jumping ship to REX was the best move I did, I have a launch 80gb last model to have the BC. I started on Kemeaw which I didnt care for to much, then went to rogero and didnt care for that to much, then found my PS3 a home with REBUG ^_^

when the newer CFW came out I abondaned Rebug for rogeros 4.21 1.09 ( luckily i wasnt on a slim LOL as that FW was having bricking issues on slims) then I jumped ship again in three days to E3's 4.3, which I still beat myself up for doing as I dislike anything those guys do. When REBUG graced the scene with REX it was like being a kid in candy and toy store with unlimited money. My ps3 was home again ^_^

I had no issues whatsoever upgrading or downgrading my console that much ^_^ so your 600$ investment is safe. I spent that too on mine, i even open mine up now for cleaning maintence once a month ^_^ was scared as hell the first time i did it, i will admit lol
