Zombies makes up for the Crappy multiplayer, And story mode seems Alright so its worth Buying. MW3 You can pirate XD

I dont mean this game, I mean generally. There is no consumer protections. If you go buy a dishwasher, and you hate it, you can return it. Not so much with games, music or movies.
