if the base fw was 4.30 then people on 4.30 ofw would be able to install it .
but as u have to be on 3.55 to install it, so that means the base fw is 3.55

so he would like a higher base fw above 3.55

a base higher than 3.56 would require private keys or a new exploit. and I don't see anything like that happen in the near future. don't hold your breath and try to get an older 2xxx model which is still on 3.55 or downgradable.

u dont need to tell me . if u read the thread, u would see that im one off the people that telling people that to have a higher cfw that install on 3.56+ ofw we need private keys. and to get them u would need to rob sony office cos the private keys are not in the ps3 .
