I think you should,put the new users to read some threads after they signup ,and this must mandatory ,for them ,to see all the pages of that threads
because in the last week ,every user that signup to the site is keep asking the same questions

1 can I install this on my ps3?
2 what this mean?
3 what can I do with this keys
4 there is a cfw,that I can install over 4.30 ofw??

and so on ,but every time they keep asking this instead searching the site first,it is sooooooooooooo annoying ,do something!!!!

I've been reading a few posts over the past week, I love reading them from the start and getting a full picture of the conversation topics covered so far, I have read obvious posts from people that just haven't bothered and ask a question that has been answered a page earlier.
Whilst this must be very irritating for the people that have been here for ages, I also found it annoying. I am very appreciative of the help and advice on here
