same problem here verification failed, i tried every setting, i shorted wires same result, other thing if i turn on the ps3 with progskeet plugged the green led goes off but i still can write with verification failed, standby mode 2

its a very complicated piece of tool to use, and the people who make the progskeet dont know a word of english, so its basically trial and error or a hit and miss thing. now i've got problems of my own with this product. i'm getting red light issues with the new bitstream. now i've gotta work out what the hell is the problem.

progskeet did relese some new diagrams. please download them, and go through them carefully.

the faster writes using libusb and ProgSkeet-QT but does not verify!!

Yes, i know its for a slim model, but i dont know if i should follow your diagrams or this image:



If you watch carefully, you will see that many pads are changed from one to another.I think your diagrams are correct, because they are just the same as the official ones.

Did someone ever sucefully installed any progskeet 1.2 on aJTP-001 Board with a Spansion S29GL129P and were able to Write it sucefully back into the NOR??

This is really Strange, how could so many people being wrong?Maybe isnt peolple problem but yes, hardware faulty.Why to Bother making this revision Progskeet 1.2 to be more Slim, Reduced, whatever , instead of perfectioning the 1.0 or 1.1 version?

I should get informed about Progskeet 1.2 problems before i went into all this work and getting with a Slim bricked in ands just because i can read it but can write on it.

2 bad pinout
3 bad BITSTREAMS
