I know.. But it would be more n00b friendly.. Connecting to the IRC server is a little tedious... I read your thread about how to connect from External Clients and also know about the one on Console Histories... But again, not exactly a place for n00bs.. My point being let n00bs scream on the shoutbox rather than create new threads asking the same damn questions again and again and again..

I kinda Agree with the shoutbox Idea, Something like at NGU, Where it can be seperated, Between Noobs and Senor members I guess.
I have trouble with getting on the IRC's And its mostly due to laziness :P

If it's hard for noobs to connect to irc with a client then I think that would be a good thing yes?

There are web based Java IRC Clients where you just enter the info and off you go.

Shoutbox will be a pain on the arse if we have very heavy traffic influx, will not work properly plus those using it will complain about *not working so well*.
If someone want to chat or get some private discussion with members of Hax they should head to IRC = Easy, fast.
