For 1, 23 hours since your original post is not 2 days.
For 2, you have answered your own question, with some searching.
For 3, I think you will have to search more for the files. I would start at their website. CLICK HERE

It looks like as long as you have the latest upgrade on your dongle, it will work for FSM downgrade.

So it is true that i need to put the ps3break on downgrade mode like it says here http://www.ps3hax.net/2010/12/all-ve...v1-2-released/

If so i searched all the internet even on their website but the file to put the ps3break on downgrade mode is nowhere to find. Could u pls help

Everyone thanks for trying to help me out.

But everything i needed was PSGrade Hex for service mode
that i downloaded from this link http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?7ds4auedn8mdq12

So ive flashed my ps3break with this file and now when i start my console and press eject the ps3 should turn of and after that i can get on fsm.
