ignoring 3.55 for a second and switching it up to 4.30 where fixes should'nt come into play if our selfs ( or some other file) is mismatching the server version there checking against then its defo gunna be awhile before online play is achieved as they can probably randomise the files that are checked on the fly ( abit like psn passphrase ) and even create dummy files for the purpose of checks in the future just my 2 cents

we need someone with duplex&original to compair files

then once compaired unpack 1.02 and compare against duplex&original once this is done clean install with 1.02 log in and let them update original & duplex and then compare against the results of previous.

that should atleast give us a basic idea of what files within the structure are changing

depends how your running the game, for me being external these files were located within my usb/GAMES/BLES01717-[Call of Duty Black Ops II]/PS3_GAME folder

Sounds like 3rc are doing what there do best with the server unavailable bans.
Also I'd like to add that with latest updates on Blackops 2 and little big planet karting you can bo longer resign saves with xploder,it may seem like nothing but something has or is changing in the latest batch of block bust releases
