After the first two errors, I ran the original black ops 2 CD on a CFW and still received an error. Then I updated to OFW and played about 3 hours online. Then BAM!, No more accounts would go online. :/

I can no longer connect even with a new account get the error straight away.

The numbers in the top right hand corner of mine says 20.0.-1 and on a friends OFW version it says 20.126.5 (if that helps). I have installed 1.02 patch via MM.

From the UK and it's 12:53am so launch has passed for me too.

Did you play online with the same accounts that were supposedly "banned"? I think the servers have officially crashed now that the game is out in Europe.

I think this has got to do with the hard freezes from Black Ops. Remember during games the Ps3 would just freeze and you would need to pull the plug ?

No I couldn't as I was already banned. And my copy wasn't of duplex. It was from an original disc.

So you ran the game from Multiman first before using the retail disc?

Are you console banned or PSN banned? Is this after updating to OFW?

Yes, I ran the game from multiman on 2 accounts. I ran the disk on CFW on another account. Then updated to OFW and had about 3 hours online on another account before I was banned again for the last time.
