I hope they do console ban the cheaters. I was playing mw3 online earlier today and as soon as the game started, someone used advanced UAV. I was pissed and happy at the same time because the guy was on my team lol.

I try to mute all of them yabbering any kind of **** and using Akimbo among many other **** that is pretty obvious...yeah happens all the time.
It's impossible to play *fair* with this bunch of suckers also i have bad luck the advanced cheaters always are my enemies. xD

Never used real data on PSN neither i use PLUS (nor i plan to pay for a subscription either) or anything to buy online via PSN. I just purchase retail versions to avoid all that ****storm if eventually something happens.

If the guy gets banned because he was cheating or was detected with CFW..poor soul, honestly but at the end of the day he got what he deserved in some way also many *innocent* will get banned if situation scalates and things can get a little complicated.

Yeah back on 2011 PSN was hacked and can be hacked again if someone wants to taunt $ony, no doubt about it.
I take this from $ony first as a warning for cheaters, cfw users, etc and taunt for hackers. Hell maybe they want to know how good is their security right now and this is a welcome message to the ones try to *play* them.
After all they are a Company and we just end users.

They have a nice pair of lawyers on their side and TOS, we..what we have? their system that we accepted to play by their rules from the start. Even if we don't agree with their TOS they have the last word, not us. Sadly.

The best thing to do right now is to stay away from psn and see how the situation develops and how the bans will be triggered.
If you have bought any game/dlc remember to backup your activation in case the worst happens.

My personal opinion on this: cfw on psn is alright, buying games/dlcs and playing online with the backups of games i bought should be allowed and are not a valid reason to get banned, cheaters however can get their ps3 explode in their faces for all i care.

You can cheat on Call of Duty while being on OFW, so this isn't going to stop cheaters.
People have been cheating online way before CFW had access to PSN.
Luckily treyarch is pretty strict on cheating/boosting online, many people were banned on the first Black Ops & this one should be no different.

Hope Dean will mask multiMAN because it's easy to see when we use it. I know it's probably to late for all of us multiMAN users because every time we launch multiMAN it gets set to Sony but it would be nice for future release for it to be masked.

You said it *Should we allowed* if they find a way or already know how to spot a CFW user or someone playing backups they will hammer anynone.

I agree with you on wait to see what happens but on should be allowed..as i said they have the last word on the matter.
In any place of TOS or anything that most of us don't read because is utter **** they can do pretty much everything they like with the end user to justify the ban.

On the other side on Xb0x360 well the hammer is more severe.
