Applied new thermal paste. USB Ports not working

So.. My ps3 started giving me all kinds of weird graphical errors and I figured it needed to be done. Went ahead and was really careful with everything and pretty sure theres no broken parts internally. But now, my usb ports will not work... Any ideas?

BTW, this is a phat cecha01

Edit: Nevermind. I discovered the problem. Appearantly, if you put too long of a screw in a certain spot near the power supply, it will knick a couple traces. The broken traces are near where the two poles come up and plug into the power supply on the mainboard. A simply going over them with a trace pen will likely fix the problem. Looking for my trace pen now
