I see friends on PSN all playing Black Ops 2 and none have said they've had issues. Doesn't seem to be server related.

There seems to be alot of people on OFW having the same issue thou, looks like a hit and miss.

Going to wait a day or 2 and see if they fix the issue, there was a post a few pages back where someone had spoken to activation and they said there was a server issue or something.

Just have patience. No one is banned yet. Server problems are to be expected until the servers reache defcon level 5. Please check the official CoD BO2 status page below for server updates.

I noticed even though I installed my bo2 disc to hard drive on my 360 it still checks for the disc when you go to online multiplayer. Maybe thats whats happening on the ps3...

Also... It looks better on the xbox, for whatever reason the ps3 version looks lower res.

I had a hell of a time getting this to work on rebug rex 4.21.1 but it all came down to the param.sfo changed ps3 version to 4.20 take off stereoscopic 3d warning take off any resolutions your not using and it should work.

Lasted about 30 seconds into game play here, then kicked me out. I haven't used online till this morning been waiting patiently as I've seen the ban reports over the last few days and decided to hang tight until official release date. So mine is virgin online till 8.am GMT and got kicked in about 30 seconds.
