don't you understand??!!
he means that the rogero 4.30 cfw already signed with 3.55 keys
the 4.30 keys is only needed in decrypting 4.30 OFW
you can modify using the MFWBuilder normally as the 3.55 cfw

All you have to do is get MFW builder and add your language file and it will Work fine due to the 3.55 keys being used on it.
