Guys Servers are down They are fixing them now...
The servers are at defcon 3, so you have to expect things won't be working right. Until it gets to defcon 5 expect there to be problems with the multiplayer.

yeah just turn network settings off and play solo until they get server fixed.

It tries to connect even if your not sign in so make sure network settings are off

Edit
game will freeze from back up or disk, cfw or ofw I have tried on both but works fine with network settings off.
