this may be a wild stab in the dark here but im in the same boat as everybody else and clutching at straws

has anyone tried changing the mac and then updating to OFW and then trying the game from retail disc?

maybe this will work maybe not

i tried going onto OFW with the same mac etc and am getting the errors so it is definately some sort of ban

also the numbers are different in the top right corner it seems than if you have 20.0-1 then it wont connect

Just out of curiosity, can 4.30 be downgraded with E3? If so, I will totally log on to my account and try it that way since I got an E3

Can anyone link me a real tutorial on E3 dual booting? I cannot find any via google that are not just news bits.

So I haven't attempted signing in to psn with this game. If I use the original disc and sign into psn like that would I be banned or no? Running rebug 4.21

From what i understand is.

If you are banned with your main account you cannot use your main account on a new/second ps3 otherwise the new/second ps3 will be banned directly?

Am i correct?

[CFW + backup/retail game + main account = ban on CFW ps3]
[OFW + retail game + main account = ban on second OFW ps3]

but: [OFW + Retail game + new account = online with OFW second ps3 if main account is not used, right?]
