Interesting you'd think a banwave would get everyone and not on some selective pattern. It would be interesting to see how regular usage of the ps3 on cfw is going to be handled.

What I mean by that, loading games normally as if you're in ofw and not using the"backups" with multiman. It may be they can detect backups the way MS does with the xbox. A security sector does not get copied over and gets flagged.

The history wipe is another suspicious thing, Sony can get the hint each time they get logs from the same ps3 with nothing on the list. How about perform a history wipe with multiman, then use ps3 normally, netflix, gaming with the actual disc or browsing the store. At least when you turn on the ps3 the next time, it will send over legitimate looking logs.

Yes they can detect cfw, but it seems they're going after the immediate threats...(black ops 2 prestige cheaters and people who are dumb enough to play the leaked version on backup managers.)

Not banned, don't use PSN on firmware 3.73 at the moment haven't touched my 360 or my PS3 to date.

Not banned im on rogero 4.30 v1 play online everday. I just sign out if i use homebrew or while i pick a game.

You're right about that, but if I recall correctly, I think that was for either Modern Warfare 2 or Black Ops.

i have PSN Acct and Tried to use it Few times with f**k PSN thingee but never Worked for me LOL ! (Always Get the DNS Server is not Correct or Blocked or something Like that) but Hey i don't wanna Play online :P im Happy with my Offline Game play as i can't get Original Copies of the Games Anyway :P

I am on 4.21CFW.. I can log into PSN.. I never download PSN titles due to ****ty transfer rates in my country.. I can play online the following games:
Virtua Tennis 4
Killzone 2 & 3
Fifa 11 & now also Fifa 13
Gonna try Tekken Tag Tournament 2 later.. I have ordered a copy of Black Ops2, should receive it today or tomorrow will cross my fingers and try it..
