If its that important to you, play the game, and deal with the outcome. Like every console, there is no 100% way of being stealth or not getting banned. Usually it doesnt come down to "if" but "when". This wave of "bans" look to be from early play of Black Ops, but that doesnt mean playing another pirated game early will not have the same consequences.

What if I waitied untill the offical release date then play online! Will that be any different? Probbaly not

Why are you even on a "hax" forum if ur so anti "haxin" . Not all blops2 users tried online before release (myself included) some waited for release date (myself included) . We didnt have a fkin chrystal ball to predict the bans ffs.
