Bud i have not seen one yet with trophy fixed .I believe DUPLEX patched it out cause it may have been part of the save data problem .Dont go based off this but it is only a hunch also a hunch ,3ARC may have possibly did something in there code to cause the save game corrupt error or in SDK so people could not play on 355 so it was necessary to patch that area also being save game data & trophy data may be in the same problem area or needed to be disabled.

If you do not have CFW PS3 then it is no use to you bud ,also v104 i posted is the latest patch ..To answer your question you will get banned if playing on PSN i am sure of that but not offline or LAN..
