There are certain rules to be followed here. Lots of people don't really read the rules, and then venture off into dark waters.

If you don't like the rules then you don't have to stick around. Or you can learn to get used to them and stick around, have a nice (possibly intellectual) conversation and learn some things Nobody holds a gun to anybodys head telling them they have to stay regardless if they like it or not.

If you really want to deal in warez there's all kinds of torrent sites, newsgroups, other forums specifically gauged towards downloading games. Here, at PS3Hax we don't want nor do we need that hanging around. It's a place for information and to learn and have fun.

@w0313 The infractions you don't get told how long they last for; though there are predetermined lengths.

@Egg 'n' chips It's not really TRYING when they don't have a choice in the matter. This isn't a public sector, it's private property owned by @Pirate .

@w0313 An infraction is nothing serious like many already said to you, it's because you broke some rule = site rules.
In your case was posting warez but since you are not some hit and run or some problematic user the point that was given when you were infracted will stay for some time until expires. (infraction/point).

For example this ****tard of @Egg 'n' chips got banned for posting nude pictures and trolling some weeks ago because he already had some points 2 (to be exact) for the same reason = Trolling.
Now he is doing the same and since the rules that we follow can be flexible sometimes if the USER really wants to be on the community without causing headaches to others we (staff) and users. We can review the situation and even revert it.
But if is no intention from the user to change his/her attitude = perma-ban.
