Hi, after reading some of you guys advices, i want to answer individual.

Sarah1331- for me you are just a big fat phony.You dont have to prove me anything, but you should be ashamed.So many guys reporting the same problem with the same programer, and your idea is..."-Hey look at me, i am the the best, the smartest person on earth and i can do what others cant...".Has i sad, that attitude wont help you in your life.Dont give me wrong, i respect your knowledge, i just dont belive that you have done exactually this kind of NOR chip (Spansion 128P) with that exact programer (progskeet 1.2).I would believe if you said you did it with a PSkeet 1.0 or 1.1, not with 1.2.And by the Way, im Portuguese, and i live in Portugal, shore far away from you and a litle bit expensive to take there my Ps3.

Ok, lets focus on what is really important:

OGzxFTW- I know that in the photo the cables look to long, but believe me they arenīt.They are exactually 7.5 cm Look at the photo:

and the wires are 30AWG .The same kind of wires used to install many other Modchips(X-ecuter, Matrix infinity, Squirt Modchips, etc...)

Chovoman- So, you think i should by Progskeet 1.1 ?I am the kind of person (old kind ) that prefer to solder than using and having problems with solderless clips.

biozombie -Did you made any hardware changes to your progskeet 1.1?like, upgrade it with the harware changes and the new progskeet 1.2 bitstream to make it stay exactually the same has 1.2?I noticed, that in Progskeet Homepage there is some explanations directed to 1.1 owners on how to upgrade their programer.i just hope you didnīt.

exetek01 - dont want to be rude with you, but if you search a litle bit, you will notice that there are many other threads with that related problem.Please stop asking the same thing when the subject isnt even the same.

xonsox - i thought you hadthe same problem as i am.Did you Did it?Had you been able to flash you NOR SPANSION 128P chip with a progskeet 1.2?

Sorry for my mistakes and bad english (and long text answers too)

i know the Spansion 128P is a *****, most of my downgrade experience are with those,
try to find 26awg Wires (i know it is deffecult to find specially in my Country-Palestine) but i had a friend to buy them to me From America and send them to me/ any how. try to get them.
i suggest you wait a little since i think, it will be updated soon.

V.s. If u like soldering go for the 1.1. Its a great tool,it just misses one thing. Powering the ps3 mbo (nands) throught itself so it would be a lot easier to downgrade. E3 also hasnt that feature though.

"Use R7 unsoldered, R8 soldered to use solderless NOR (pullup on RDY of NOR)
It will work either way to read NOR BUT it may not write, this enables pullups"

@Decoy I'm a newbie (I'm as ignorant as they get) but I think the text refers to Pullup resistors {maybe soldered to RDY point, anybody confirms this? }
Electronics 201: Pull-Up and Pull-Down Resistors - YouTube

sorry if I'm trolling/off topic...i don't have the board yet(+am a newbie) so all I'm doing is speculations, but i'd like to see this problem solved.
