Sounds good that only blops2 is banning and not a overall, that would blow. Ok so is duplex cleared to use or should I use dumptrucks? I think I saw duplexes self files were off?

Nothing is wrong. They banned those who played the game before release

@djhazardous @NF7 @ecko117 @Heat6Jones You guys created new accounts and got back online playstation network. I'm just wondering, have your new accounts been banned yet for playing black ops 2 online or is it still going strong?

That's a wild guess because I have tried using accounts (AFTER) day of release which still gave the 'server not available' error. It's only a brand new account that I have not got that error.

And it makes no sense at all why they would do that in the first place. Millions of COD users have got and played this game online early legitimately, and they're playing online right now. You're wrong.

I would agree that it's an issue with accounts that have played the game early (somewhat) but they have not been banned.

That is not true. I did not play it before release.

I did play the bles version before release, but not online. When I picked up my PRE ORDERED STORE BOUGHT GAME DISC(which is blus version), and tried to play it when I got home, I got the server not available error.

That was on REBUG 4.21.1 REX. I then got out my OFW PS3, and used a different PSN account, it works flawlessly. If I try to log in and play with my other PSN account (the one I tried to play BO2 with on CFW), it will freeze if I am already logged in and start the game. Or if I wait to log in til after booting the game, I get the server not available error.

My conclusion would be, that they know I tried to play their game with CFW. So that PSN account is banned from BO2 servers. My account is not banned from PSN, and I haven't received any email from Sony, Activision, or Treyarch. They just blocked that account from logging into their servers.

Try making a brand new account...even if you don't want to. I would almost bet it will work.
