toggle_qa.pkg never works on CFW3.55 True Blue

I have downgraded a PS3 (CECH-2104A) with HW flasher to 3.55, True Blue v2.5 CFW.

Now I want to update it to Rogero_CEX4.30_v1.04.

According to the manual I need to "Dehash the PS3" first with the procedure described on : http://www.tortuga-cove.com/forums/v...p?f=127&t=3638

Whatever I do, the ps3 won't beep, and with the combo : L1 + L2 + L3 (press left stick) + R1 + R2 + dpad_down I never see:

You should see Edy Viewer, Debug Settings, and Install Package Files if done correctly.

First I installed toggle_qa.pkg from a fat32 usb stick. Then I removed all the USB attached devices, and ran the package.
It just reboots the ps3 within 10 seconds without hearing a beep from ps3/tv.

I tried with and without the True Blue dongle inserted, and it looks like toggle_qa.pkg is not working in my case.

According to what I have read, I must execute toggle_qa.pkg in order to proceed correctly.

Has somebody a hint for me what to do next ?

Downloaded CFW Roger v3.7 , checked PUP :
MD5: 8F8166B25D6BED891F292C77DE5C4B28

Went into recovery mode and tried to install the CFW Rogero v3.7 but I got the message that I need to apply a firmware of 3.72 or higher :-(

Should I post this in the True Blue section ? I wish I never had TB CFW installed...

Did you make sure that there was no game disc in the tray. Because the PS3 scans the disc first for FWs.

The simple answer is go ask Team TB for help, it is their firmware and they should provide you with support; after-all you did buy their product!
