I'm currently on CFW 3.55 kmeaw (not sure what dex is, so I guess that means I'm on cex?). Can I just install the Change_IDPS-All_region-4.21.pkg and this will then allow me to play newer backup games like lbp karting?

Yes, go back to DEX 3.55 with the downgrade pup and upgrade again to this CFW... works perfect here with MM

Didn't do the PSN thing, no need to be on the banning network for now ...

Just install 4.21/4.30 CEX CFW, there is no need to go to DEX if you are on CEX. That pkg is only for PSN access, it won't let you play newer games on 3.55.

I tested this firmware 3 days ago from your DEX MFW on CECH 2506A and it was succesfully installed but when I tried to play a game via MM CEX and DEX, it always shut the system down. what the hell is wrong! WTF

Well itskamel was replied to by the creators of this CFW that the lights were programmed to be that color on purpose, so his "something is not right!" statement was technically proven wrong (no offense itskamel).

With all the testing (and even some creator feedback) that's gone on so far, shouldn't this be front paged again?
