If you did not play the game at all yet .Change the PARAM.SFO to 03.40 from your backup game & install a patch ,it will work right away. Also if you see a PS3_UPDATE folder i would delete that .It has OFW 425 in that folder . Personally delete any of them PUP updates you see with new games ,just to be safe.

Black ops II is 425 encrypted = Patch is 420

Should i delete the PS3_UPDATE from the game folder O.o .Anyway about the "Change the PARAM.SFO to 03.40 from your backup game & install a patch" are you saying that i should fix it like in 3.55 , i thought that in Rebug 4.21 i would have this kind of prob solved :\ .

yes delete the firmware update, then update the damn game thru multiman everyone has told you this like 3 times now. it works on rebug im playing it.

Honestly its not the difficult
(back up) >multiman>load game hdd> xmb> insert any game disc> start game
but you have to have update and you cant be signed in or game will freeze.
If I sign in on my ofw system and try to start game right now game still freezes.

There some kind of mess up in there eboot if server is down and reading the load list.

Get the PC program Ps3 Game Dupdates v2. It will let you download game updates to pc, then put them on usb and install em on ps3

unplug the damn computer and plug it into the ps3. simple. or use wifi. or download on computer and transfer to ps3 install via pkg files.
