I can already imagine "Ps3 Classics" on Gaykai for just 40$ each

I'm sorry(well not really) to say this but this time Sony is going to flop harder than ever and if it goes under i will be laughing wholeheartedly.
The Vita is a marketing failure, they recently invested a large sum of money into Gaikai and the Ps3,everything considered, was nothing special so i think Sony's end is not all that distant after all.

Hackers and modders can simulate the PS3 on a computer, (Though it may not run much It is still something) I assume that sony has all the time in the world to make a PS3 Emulator.

True but even on a high end pc the emulation is not 100% perfect for all games(see dolphin and pcsx2) and i seriously doubt the Ps4 will have enough power to rival even a current mid range pc, let alone perfectly emulate the cell.

The current rumors for the PS4 dev kits give it 8-16GB of RAM, And a high end graphics card.

When i say mid range pc i'm talking about ati 7870/nvidia gtx 660 for the gpu and a i5 2500k for the cpu at the very least.
Leaving aside the ram that most probably won't be even near that much in the consumer version of the Ps4, i seriously doubt that the gpu will rival a current high end pc gpu or even a mid range one unless they want to price the console at 800-900$.

Whats a Vita??? lol, jk. At my local EB Games, the Vita section took up 2~3 metres of shelving at launch, now it's reduced to 60cm of shelving, and they are always having deals on the thing, bundling games and memory cards. But Sony made a bad decision by trying to make money out of every aspect of the Vita, you had to buy an additional memory card to play games, and they were ridiculously overpriced. And then they could only be used with one account. The whole Vita setup was bulls*it, and if you wanted to get a decent sized memory stick, some games, and a 3G console, it was going to cost you over $500. Not to mention the Vita games library, isn't much to boast about, there's nothing there I want to play, or isn't already available on the PS3.

They had the PS3 $600+ So... I'm not quite sure, Sony is quite incompetent at times so..
It'll be most likely marketed at a Mid-High range (Gaming) PC (With their own OS) So they can sell it in china,
