This tool is actually a great tool .I do not know why people would dis it ? I have tried it & it simple as hell . I personally think it is a great tool to add to PS3 tool collection the more the better.I like making these & working with tools so ,creating theme pkgs & license pkg is well worth it

there is nothing special...it generate a pkg with a DEBUG edat inside...it can be used only on DEX ps3s...
