I am new to the scene over here....i have about 100 dollars and a ps3 slim with 4.31....i already found someone in craigslist that can flash it to 3.55 via e3 flasher for 30 bucks....but i want to play online also...he told me i can mod it and play online and that sony doesn't ban anymore unless your obviously cheating or modding games online...i was thinking about getting a old fat ps3 for about 60 to 80 and just mod that just in case it gets banned.


what should i do??? also can i backup games i download online to my ps3 and play them online to????


sorry for the newbish questions...i really want to get some feedback before i make my decisions.....thank you.

if u can get a cheap fat, and keep the slim pure is the way i would go

the thing is i only got about 100 dollars on me....and once i get the fat ps3 and mod it i would need to get a external harddrive or internal to transfer the games

Word of advice I would buy an e3 flasher to hav your self, juss in case yi wanna switch from of nd cfw... I do it all the time
