I'm just about to order an e3 flasher, but before I do that I just want to be sure that my PS3 which came with 3.40 OFW and is currently on 4.30 OFW can be downgraded? I have looked all over the Internet and found many answers some said yes and others no.

If the base Firmware <3.55 , the ps3 can be downgraded.

the banner is not interesting for most people, you should make it more attractive by adding some big boobs visual etc. hell yeah they'll be clicking on it, you can do it @hellsing9
