Rogero CFW 4.25 Helpppppp!!!!
Hi
i have a ps3 slim with Rogero 4.25, it is a downgraded one with hardwar flasher, everything was OK i was playing all games with Eboot fixed files and so ... today i updated CFW to 4.30 and now it show me on System info: 4.30 with no Rogero or CEX and i cant install new apps (error80029564) or play games i could play before (error 80010017) PLEASE i need help i wanna know if i can go back to my CFW 4.25 or i can fix this one Thanks |

Is qa flag installed? And did you check the md5 hash of the rogero 4.3?

you installed a Kiosk firmware, maybe. then, you need a revert tools.

md5 hash is to ensure that the rogero 4.3 was indeed rogero, and not some other file or ofw.

I hope you did not install Official FW 430 . Defiantly check the MD5 of the PUP you have installed or think you have & go to Ps3DevWiki.com to check the ofw cex 430 Hash.. Installing apps on Rogero ,as in new homebrew need to be signed 360+ so if your trying anything for 355 apps ,they will error i believe on that CFW 425/430..
Also did you have a new game DISC in your drive ? Better check them few things. Either you installed OFW or your HomeBrew is not for 4xx.

OK well i found IT, after searching on Internet seems like theres no BlackBox FTP signed for 4.30 CFW, now im using Multimans FTP server and it workd but like ****, the error i use to have on games i think it is because the games are using fixed eboots and Rogero 4.30 run games with the original Eboot right ?

Correct the games your trying to run are probiblyy fixed for 355
