3.50 or less than that. You can install a cfw to this, if its new.

Guys But the 2010 Black Friday Bundle was released only released yesterday in the pre-black friday deals in Amazon.... Any chance it will be a higher firmware???

Any ps3, slim or fat, that was released before 2011 comes with 3.50 firmware or lower. If you get one new in a box, then yes, you can jailbreak it.
