If you had searched you would know what you need, and how to go about it

Are you going to tell us the result of using minvercheck on your Slim? or are you not bothering? if you arent bothering, look up downgrade tutorials for FAT NAND PS3's and it will tell you what you need by way of a NAND flasher (progskeet/teensy++), soldering equipment, and FSM dongle.

If you are going to do the SLIM... if its compatible depending on the minvercheck results, you just need a nor clip flasher (E3) and FSM dongle...

This forum is full of info, and full of tutorials. This has all been answered many times before.

but what i know moderators made in the forum to help members.

and i know how to deal on forums because i owned a forum with alot of members and always helping my members.

BTW for the NOR there are two kind of CECH-25XX 1A which one mention i can and the other i cant.that what i cant know which one i have.

for the search i made search for the NAND and they brought me to this post and u can check it by your self.

and i cand search every post as you know,so i guess that why the moderator to help member not to say lazy or whatever.

this tut is great, its easy to do but my only problem being that the links from/for rebug are dead...i really want/need the spoofer files is there any other way to get it,maybe a pm link? please? but yh a great tut.

You could always update to 4.21 REBUG REX?

so glad i read this before i actually installed the custom firmware

Question: if i was to use this tut can i restore back to my original firmware if i later changed my mind? i want cfw but love mw3 so much i don't want to loose my psn access. also as a n00b what are the benefits of having cfw installed other than playing copied games ect?

If you love MW3 and PSN access so much what fw are you on right now? I would presume 3.72-4.3x im confused now as I thought you were on 3.55?

CFW allows homebrew (showtime, emulators, etc), and game modding, along with fixes like for cinavia to enjoy full featured media playback without restrictions.
