My question is how did this happen?! And how does that affect my JailBreak???

you need to delete the fifa game settings, that will get it back to as it was. need to get that new update patched tho to go online

Have you spoofed your system?

That would make sense, but a game update WONT update your system software version.

As @mrc1978 said delete the game update data, and start again. just hit "O" to avoid update until a patched fix is out to manually install.
