Well, 12 bucks, I may have to try this out seeing that I will be using my Vita more now with the 2.0 update. It may be worth trying the music app now.....

also i don't think it's a good idea to invest anything from sony atm, with all the console and account bans you would have a lot to loose if you have no access to the stuff you have paid for.
